We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service representative to join our dynamic online store team in Hamburg, Germany. If you have a passion for fashion and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits
  • Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make suggestions for enhancing the customer experience

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service software
  • Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the fashion industry
