The Centro Velico Universitario, based at the University of Rome, is a thriving community of sailors who share a passion for sailing. Throughout the year, the center offers sailing courses for people of all ages and levels of experience.
These courses take place at their nautical bases in Porto Odescalchi in Santa Marinella and at Marina di Nettuno, and are taught by qualified instructors recognized by CONI, with patents from the Italian Sailing Federation and MSP Italia.
The center's dedication to sailing education extends beyond its courses. The University Sailing Center is also committed to training boys and girls who aspire to join their Sailing Teams.
In spring and summer, the Centro Velico Universitario offers sailing cruises. These cruises, which can also be in flotilla, are a perfect opportunity to learn to sail while exploring the most beautiful islands and archipelagos in the Mediterranean.
